The urbanization Seychelles is one of La Mangas newest apartment projects, and was completed in 2009/2010, located at one of Mar Menors many nice beaches. The Mar Menor beach outside the urbanization is one of the most famous Mar Menor beaches in La Manga, because here you find the famous Mar Menor clay, which is said to have a positive effect on skin diseases and your health. Throughout the summer you can see people using this beach as their natural SPA. Just 150 meters from the urbanization is one large supermarket, and in the area there are several restaurants, grocery store and bakery.
